使用方法
・「エストリオール」
毎日小さじ1/4（1.25ミリリットル）からご使用を始めてください。 内側の腕、太ももの内側や膝の後ろのような薄い皮を剥がれた領域に適用されます。 1.25ミリリットル= 1 mgのエストリオールUSPが1日4 mgのエストリオールまで使用できます。 症状をコントロールするために可能な限り最小量を使用します。
・「プロゲステロン」
小さじ1/4（1.2ml）からご使用を始めてください。内側の腕、太ももの内側や膝の後ろのような薄い皮を剥がれた領域に適用されます。 毎日の応用分野を回転させます。
閉経周辺期：小さじ1/4の期間の開始後12日目に始まる14日間（1.2ミリリットル）クレームについて適用します。 毎月繰り返します。
閉経：月に連続21日間毎日小さじ1/4（1.2ミリリットル）について適用します。 毎月の片頭痛を繰り返します症状が治まるまで、寺院や首の後ろ、3〜4時間に小さじ1/2、1/4を適用します。

・PROGESTERONE: About 1/4 teaspoon (1.2 ml) equal 20 mg of micronized natural progesterone USP. Purified Water, Vegetable Oil Blend, Aloe Vera, Sepigel 305, Potassium Sorbate, Sorbic Acid-ed, natural progesterone USP.
